My Last & Final Post

My favourite book i read this year was the first book i read. It was called A Walk To Remember. I think things in life don't come easy, you have to work for them and in this book it showed that. Not even bad boy is going to fall in love with a church girl then later on finds out that she has a type of cancer called leukemia. This book inspired me to do an I-Search paper on Leukemia. Reading about it was so devistating that i wanted to keep learning and expand my on what i already knew on the subject. Researching this topic made me think about the people who actually have the cancer. I wonder what their last looks on life are? or what do they want to do before they pass on? this is a very serreal thing to talk about. Learning everything i did in english made me look at it differently. Its not all about grammar and spelling. Its also about expressing your feelings through words. This was defenitly a good learning experience. I hope that next year it will be even better.!

Things I Have Learnt

It has been a very long time since i posted something on my blog. I read a little bit but not very much this passed month has been stressful for me. I found this book that i actually really enjoyed reading but i ust couldn't find the time to read beacuse of other work i have been trying to catch up on. The last little bit that i read was up to chapter eight. At times i would get lost in the book probably beacuase i havn't been reading much. I think i relate somewhat to this book because the girl that this novel is about is very close with her mom but yet doesn't see your grandma very much and its the same way with me. Something that i needed to work on in english is reading and updating my blogs on time. I think i can do this by being more focused. Sorry i haven't been very good with updating my blog. But now i have realized how it can affect my mark. Reading is something that can help you relax i learnt and if you set your mind to it you could become a very good reader. This summer i want to start reading so then when it comes to english next year i will be a faster reading and a more creative writer. I hope you have a great summer Mrs. Kulyk cause i know i will :)
